- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on a line, regardless of color, make a non repeating set of consecutive numbers in any order.
- Lines of the same color contain the same digits.
- The inequality sign points to the smaller digit of the cells it sits between.

Got to solve this one a little bit early and it was as sweet as Skittles, taste the rainbow.
