Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Put the digits 1 to 9 once each into every row, column and box.
Dynamic Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit will remove the fog from its cell and possibly other cells in the grid.
Uniqueness: For each of the constraints below, digits do not repeat anywhere in the puzzle. For example, if one arrow contains a 1, no other arrow can contain a 1.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage, if given.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide a thick blue line into segments with the same sum.
X-Sums: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the first X digits from that clue in that row or column, where X is the digit next to the clue. The ? represents a total to be determined.
Zippers: Digits an equal distance from the centre of a thin magenta line sum to the same total. If the line is odd length, that total is the digit in the middle of the line, marked by a circle.

Very good and pretty approachable puzzle, initially I've missed the "if given" part regarding the killer cage and had a very frustrating couple of minutes, but after that the puzzle went really well.
The only caveat i have is the last zipper line which was a little bit off, but otherwise excellent puzzle.
Thank you.

This uniqueness constraint produces some great logic - and a very enjoyable puzzle throughout. Thanks.

Fun break-in and great fun from there on out! Hardly feels like a 3-star with the way the fog gently guides you through the solve.

I would give it a 2/5. The logic was a bit complicated at the beginning but everything went so smoothly after filling in the first number!
