Divide the grid into seven zones, each consisting of seven orthogonally connected cells. Every row, column and zone must contain the digits 1 to 7 once each.
Along thermometers digits increase as they move away from the bulb. Each thermometer is wholly contained within its zone.
Digits in caged cells indicate how many cells of the same zone are seen orthogonally from that position, including itself. Other zones block vision.

Awesome setting. One of my first puzzles was a 7x7 cc. But this is way better. Great fun thx.
