Green lines are German Whisper lines. Consecutive digits on a German Whisper line must have a difference of 5 or more. Within each given 3x3 box, ALL German Whisper lines are given.
Also, there is a 3 in at least one corner (row1column1, r1c9, r9c1, or r9c9).
