Happy summer days everyone! One of my better puzzles made with a sneaky break in. No trial and error is required in the entire puzzle! Can you figure it out? Please let me know your feedback.

Rules:
Kropki dots: Black dots connect digits with a 2:1 ratio. White dots connect consecutive digits. Not all dots are given.
XV sum: Digits separated by a '?' are XV sums. X's sum to 10. V's sum to 5. It is up to the solver to deduct which '?' is X or V. Not all XV's are given.
