Too Many Modifiers (4x4)

This puzzle is included in Bitty Bites 5, edited by Clover and Gliperal, and featuring contributions from a number of talented setters. Rules
Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply.
Each of these modifiers appears once in each row, column, and box, and changes the value of the digit in its cell (N) in the following way:
  • incrementor, which has a value of N+1
  • doubler, which has a value of N*2
  • tripler, which has a value of N*3
Each digit from 1-4 is subject to each modifier exactly once, and a single cell cannot contain more than one modifier.
Along a blue line, each cell has the same value.

Amazing, and I'm going to try this again (after a 30 minute solve) with better logic and minimal bifurcation this time

Cool idea - doing simultaneous sudoko on numbers and modifiers :)
Neat break in, took me a while to see why it was forced (as with a 4x4, is possible to "test all options" rather than just find the right question
