Normal sudoku rules apply. Normal arrow rules apply.
There are 9 Copy cells in the grid - one in each row, column, and 3x3 box. Copy cells cannot appear on the same diagonal of another Copy cell. Each Copy cell contains a different digit.
Cat cells are orthogonally adjacent to Copy cells and within the same 3x3 box. On an arrow, the value of the Copy cell is equal to the digit in the Cat cell. Additionally, every Copy plus Cat domino sums to 10 or more.

Updated the title to Copy/Cats to differentiate (slightly) from the copycat constraint already used by other puzzles.

Thank you. I think I was just riffing on the ideas behind doublers, halvers, negators,... I had never done another copycat and didn't really think about that name already being used.

I had to find some pretty clever logic to crack into this one, but I love the concept of these Copy and Cat cells and the solve felt very rewarding!
There are a handful of puzzles that use a constraint called Copycat, but it is different from this constraint - did you invent this version of Copy/Cat cells? (TBH I like your version better! :D)

This is a puzzle that I created more than six months ago, but it did not fit with the mobile theme of the puzzles I was releasing in January. I found it again yesterday and spent the day trying to remember how to solve my own puzzle. Enjoy.
