Time Breaker (Clock Faces, Fortress)

Exploring Clock Faces variant with the addition of partial negative constraint. I think the variant are very interesting but might be difficult to learn the logic. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzle!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Clock Faces: Four digits around a circle are placed in an increasing order starting from one of the four cells and going clockwise (white circle) or going anticlockwise (black circle). Four digits around a red circle must not be placed in an increasing order clockwise or anticlockwise.
Fortress (Min/Max): Digits in a cell with arrows facing inward must be less than all of their orthogonal cells. Digits in a cell with arrows facing outward must be greater than all of their orthogonal cells.
