Normal Sudoku rules apply. Every 2x2 region in the grid has to contain at least one low (123), medium (456) and high (789) digit. Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits. Digits that are consecutive along a light blue line both have to be divisible by their difference. For example, 4 and 6 could be placed next to each other on a light blue line since both 4 and 6 are divisible by 2 (the difference between 4 and 6).

Great puzzle, very interesting ruleset! I found it closer to 2 stars than 3 because I found it to be quite smooth once I wrapped my head around the blue lines, but I’m also quite used to global entropy puzzles so 3-star might be fairer for those that aren’t. Looking forward to more!
