Rules:

#1 Normal sudoku rules apply.
#2 Adjacent digits along green lines must have a difference of at least 5.
#3 Digits in cages sum to the small number printed in the corner.
#4 Lines with diamonds at either end are Lockout Lines. Digits on a Lockout Line cannot be between or equal to the digits in the diamonds at the ends of their line. The digits in the diamonds at the ends of a line must differ by at least 4.

Really cool puzzle!

First time I've heard of the Lockout Line rule, but it is quite good and interesting! At least with the diamond difference of 4.

I've rated it as average, because I've almost instantly spotted the "thing" about Lockout Lines, but it might be harder for others!
