No, the title isn't an anagram, it's just a hybrid of two loop puzzle genes, Nanameguri and Geradeweg.
RULES:
- Nanameguri and Geradeweg:
- Draw a single closed loop through the centers of some cells. The loop only moves orthogonally and cannot visit the same cell more than once.
- Nanameguri:
- The loop enters and exits each outlined region exactly once.
- The loop must visit every cell with a diagonal line.
- The loop cannot travel through a diagonal line.
- Geradeweg:
- The loop must visit every circle.
- The digit in a circle is the length of every straight line segment that enters that cell (if the loop turns on a circle, each segment must be the same length).
- A question mark may represent any number.
Solution code: For each column except the last: The number of line segments going right from that column (in the example puzzle this would be 24642).

Fixed a typo in the rules on the German version of the page. The puzzle itself is unchanged.
Ich habe einen Tippfehler in den Regeln der deutschen Sprachversion der Seite behoben. Das Rätsel selbst ist unverändert.

Nice puzzle, just one detail in the German instruction is not quite correct. Instead of "wenn die Schleife auf einem Kreis verläuft..." it should be "wenn die Schleife auf einem Kreis abknickt...".

Very clever puzzle and well described (as someone who was unfamiliar with both Nanameguri and Geradeweg prior to this puzzle.
