Counting Arrows [Duality]

- Normal Sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and box, once each.
- Digits along arrows must sum to the value in the attached circle.
- Circles also count the number of times that digit appears in circles.

I feel like I got the break in on this just based on vibes rather than truly figuring it out, so I’m not sure if I really deserve the solve, haha. But fun nonetheless!
