Rules for solving:
- Normal sudoku rules apply - Place digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and 3x3 box
- Cells that are knight's move in chess away from each other cannot contain the same digit
- Two cells that are orthogonally adjacent cannot contain consecutive digits
- Digits on thermos increase from the bolb end
