Lines consist of adjacent sequences of digits, where each group sums to 10. For example, 123473631 comprises the ten-groups 1234, 73 and 631. Digits can repeat in a ten-group if allowed by Sudoku rules.
The black dots joins two cells one twice the other.

Nice coloring puzzle, I found it quite hard.
Seems there are two valid solutions though? I don't see a way to disambiguate at the very end
