Dutch Flat Mates : Even Sandwich

Normal sudoku rules apply.
- 5's live in Dutch Flats : All 5's in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- Even Sandwich : Clues outside the grid indicates all digits (not necessarly in the given order) which have two even digits as immediate neighbours in the corresponding row or column. nRows or columns with a dash (-) indicate that there are no digits with two immediate even neighbours in that row or columns.
