Shut Out! (Region Sum Anti-Quad)

Normal sudoku rules apply
Anti-Quadruples: A digit appearing in a black circle does NOT appear in any of the four surrounding cells.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Can be played online at f-puzzles and Sudokupad
Solution code: Row 2 (left to right). 9 digits, no spaces.

Tough but very elegant. A few times I got stuck, but I eventually asked the right questions and found it fair.
Solution checker relieved a lot of potential frustrations for the few times I wandered off the solve path.
