Glumly-Go-Round (Sudoku)

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once each.
A cage cannot contain repeated digits, and must sum to the given total. The value of the number 'x' must be determined by the solver.
Cells connected by a grey line segment must contain the same digit.
