This puzzle was set for one of Scojo's Setting Saturday prompts. The randomly chosen constraints were: Ratio Dots and Skyscrapers. Sorry for the unimaginative title for this one.
Sudoku: Within the main 9x9 grid, each row, column and 3x3 box must contain the digits 1-9 once only.
Skyscrapers: Cells outside the grid must contain the number of 'buildings' seen from that position looking into and across the grid from that position, where each cell within the grid represents the height of a building, and taller buildings obscure the view of shorter ones.
Ratio dots: All cells separated by black dots must contain digits in a 1:2 ratio. Cells not separated by a black dot must not be in a 1:2 ratio.
Solve in SudokuPadSolution code: Values outside the grid on right hand side (top to bottom)

I did not use the negative constraint at all until the very end to disambiguate a deadly pattern. It was a very fun (and challenging) puzzle either way!

I immediately forgot the negative constraint XD Very cool puzzle!

So it turns out that this puzzle is very difficult if you don't notice the negative constraint for the first five or so minutes.
Once I figured out what I was doing, however, it was a lot of fun! I really liked playing with the "all possible dots are given" bit and the skyscraper squares.
