Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply
Yin Yang: Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully shaded or fully unshaded.
The shaded cells act as a Region Sum line: 3x3 box borders divide shaded cells into orthogonally connected segments with the same sum.
Digits in a cell with a black arrow count the total number of shaded cells in the direction of the arrow (not counting the cell itself).
Digits in a cell with a white arrow count the total number of unshaded cells in the direction of the arrow (not counting the cell itself).
Note: if a cell with digit N has multiple arrows, then each black arrow points to N shaded cells and each white arrow points to N unshaded cells.
Solution code: Unshaded cells in row 7 (left to right) followed by unshaded cells in row 8 (left to right)
