Unique Under the Fog 3.0

(Published on 11. May 2025, 11:21 by Visumation)

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Neighbouring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line must have a difference of at least 4. (DW)

Every set of three sequential cells on a mint modular line must contain one digit from (1,4,7), one digit from (2,5,8), and one digits from (3,6,9). (MO)

Neighbouring digits on a green German Whisper must have a difference of at least 5. (GW)

Neighbouring digits on a red line must alternate parity. (P)

Digits in a cage may not repeat and must sum to the clue in the top left of that cage (if given).

Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Cells with a grey square contain an even digit.

Cells with a grey circle contain an odd digit.

Each constraint type may contain no repeated digits anywhere in this puzzle. Eg. If one renban line contains a 5, then no other renban line may contain a 5.

Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear fog in somewhere in the grid.

Very nice puzzle, begging for me was very hard, and it took a long time to get a few of the deductions, but it was such a fun puzzle to work through! Thanks

A few steps at the beginning had me worried I wouldn't find the finish - it took some careful looking to find each one, but happy to say I made it.

Happy you made it. Yes. There is some geometry to consider in the beginning, well done. /vis
