RULES:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- A digit on the line indicates how many times that digit appears on the line.
- Digits joined by a black dot must have the ratio of 1:2.

Lovely flow and visually pleasing. Interesting without being painfully hard or complicated. Very nice puzzle indeed.

Brilliant puzzle. Made a few wrong assumptions along. 3* to me even though i solved many counting circle puzzle. Tricky but fabulous. Thx.
