For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a unique Sudoku variant every week. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Logic solvable
Like all of my sudoku variants, this puzzle can be solved by logic alone. Guessing is not required and also no sophisticated solving techniques are necessary; just plain and easy sudoku steps and of course the intrinsic logic this specific variant has to offer. In case you don't find that logic or get stuck, feel free to ask for a hint in the comments below this puzzle and I'll be happy to help you.

Nine Rooms
Apply classic sudoku rules.
The clue in the circle or pill in box N indicates the sum of all the digits within box N that are orthogonally adjacent to the digit N within the box. Two digit totals are read from left to right or from top to bottom. Boxes are numbered from top left to bottom right from 1 to 9.

Inspiration for this type comes from zetamath.
