Linked Sudokus: Beyond the Frame
(Published on 9. May 2025, 08:00 by Crusader175)
Second puzzle of my
Linked Sudokus series, exploring multi-grid puzzle. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzle!
Rules:
Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply for each grid.
Each circle is an outside clue for both adjacent grids with the value to be determined.
Ascending Starters: Clues outside the grid for top left grid indicate the sum of the first set of all ascending digits, starting from the first cell in the corresponding direction. Sets may consist of only one digit.
Hit Points: Clues outside the grid for top right grid indicate the sum of all the digits where the digit N is in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction.
X-Sums: Clues outside the grid for bottom left grid indicate the sum of the first X digits in the corresponding direction, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Teleportation Sums: Clues outside the grid for bottom right grid indicate the sum of N and the digit in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction. Additionally, N is not 1.

For solution check, fill in all of the 4x4 sudokus and outside clues with values less than 10.

Really impressive minimalist construction! With such little grid furniture, it's hard to signpost a break in, but once you find the right places to look it flows very smoothly. Thanks for sharing! :)
Reply: Thank you very much TPP! Very happy I can made everything is empty.

Nice puzzle! Haven’t done a most of these puzzle types but it still felt smooth and enjoyable throughout! And insanely impressive you got this to work without giving any totals! Great setting :)
Reply: That is indeed my goal when setting this. Thank you very much Chefofdeath!
