- Dutch Flatmates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it, or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it isn't necessary.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. All circles have different digits.

Oh man! I was concentrating so hard on maintaining perfect silence during my solve I *completely* forgot about the flatmates constraint for a while... Beautiful smooth solve once I got back on track. :) Thanks for the puzzle!
