Every Row, Column and Region must contain the digits 1-7.
Cells connected by an X must sum to 10.
Cells connected by an V must sum to 5.
All X's and V's are given.
Digits in a cage can not be orthogonally adjacent with a consecutive digit.
Two lines of the same length and same color are connected XV lines.
Counting from the bulb, the first cell of each connected XV line sum to 5 or 10. the second cell of each line sum to 5 or 10 etc.

Another direction to go for X-lines: "Each digit on a red X-line sums to 10 with another digit on the same line."
