This puzzle has been rated by a few testers at a 3.5-4 star for difficulty so I'll start the rating off at 4-star and see where it lands. I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply and all clues are standard.
German Whisper Lines: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Killer Cages: Digits in a cage must sum to the value indicated in the top left corner.

Took me a while to figure out some of the mid solve logic, but it made perfect sense when I got there. Nice construction.

Ooof, it took me 2.5 hours to finish it, after starting it 3 times from scratch haha. I'm not an expert solver, and when I finally broke in and started solving it, I saw I missed a big clue that could have made me solve it in less time. But at least the notes and the logic I used was good, that made me feel better.

I see what you mean about 3.5 stars, it's just above average for difficulty but not quite hard. I love the way you forced the major break-in, very clever! The way the sudoku went afterward was also fun, it kind of felt like the puzzle was trying to hold on when it knew it was defeated. Well done!
