Rules:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Odd: The cell with the grey circle contains an odd digit.
Parity Enclaves: Within each 3x3 box, the odd and even digits will each form a set of orthogonally connected cells.
Modular Lines: Along a teal line, any string of 3 adjacent digits must include one cell from each of the sets {1,4,7}, {2,5,8}, {3,6,9}.
Crossing Guards: Digits in a teal circle indicate the number of times its line changes parity along its length.
