Normal sudoku rules apply.
Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
In the finished grid, each 2x2 square of cells has to contain at least one low digit (1/2/3), one middle digit (4/5/6), and one high digit (7/8/9) [Global entropy].

Enjoyed this one.
I often struggle with puzzles like this. I have a good idea what is expected and how things work together. But there is to much info to get an easy start.
Always wonder if I just don't see something obvious.
