Blue Poles

A Sudoku interpretation of Jackson Pollock's 1952 painting Blue Poles. Light blue lines represent the dark Blue Poles in the painting. Coloured circles represent the coloured paint splashes in the painting.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Box borders divide blue Region Sum lines into segments with the same sum.
Cells joined by a white or purple circle are consecutive. Cells joined by a black circle, one digit is double the other.
Cells joined by a green circle have a difference of at least 5. Cells joined by an orange circle have a difference of at least 4.
Red, Dark Blue and Yellow circles are purely cosmetic.
Not all circles are given.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5. Not all Xs or Vs are given.

Fantastic puzzle for beginners

level 1 - here's why.
in this place, "beginner" means that you will know:
1) what is "the secret"
2) for what values of D is 42 (sic) - D divisible by 3
3) how do you make 2 cells add to {14,13,12}
4) what are the flavours of X/V
5) kropki patterns
then, knowing these things, you can pretty much just write in the digits in rapid sequence.

Very nice visual. If you know some "secrets" this solves very easily and smoothly.
