Incantation

I've had the idea for this type of line constraint for a while now and decided to make an easy puzzle to demonstrate it.

Rules:
  • Standard sudoku rules apply: The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.

  • Quartet Lines: Red lines may have no more than 4 different digits.

  • Kropki pairs: Digits in cells separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.

  • Digits in grey squares are even.

This was fun! I enjoyed the concept of the red lines, and kinda wish it took longer to figure out what the set of numbers was for each. Still, puzzle certainly didn't disappoint, engaging all throughout.

First time encountering this rule, fun & interesting. Thank you!
The red line make it difficult to read the pencil numbers though.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, Gerhard1963! I loved how much "normal sudoku" comes from the Quartet Lines. Great construction!
