Puzzle: 19 Crimes
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: Digits in cages do not repeat and sum to value in the upper left corner. All cages sum to 19.
Marked diagonals: Digits cannot repeat along the positive and negative diagonal, marked with a blue line.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must differ by at least 5.
