Skyscraper Snack Pack 1

A 3 pack of skyscraper clue 4x4 with other clues interacting with them. Set for Scojo's snack prompt. Thanks to testers, and special thanks to gdc for help with rules wording and lending me their snack pack HTML template.
Normal 4x4 sudoku rules apply.
Skyscrapers: All outside cells on a clue must contain a digit. That digit counts how many digits are 'seen' looking into the grid in the row/column. Digits are visible when they are larger than all digits before them.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum up to the digit in the arrow's bulb.

Thermometers: Digits must increase along a thermometer, starting from the bulb end.
