Stubborn Fog

Normal Sudoku: Place each digit, 1-9, exactly once in each row, column, and 3x3 region.
Stubborn Fog: The grid is covered with fog. Placing a correct digit removes the fog from that cell.
Dutch whispers: Digits connected by an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow (thin grey line) sum to the value in the connected circle. (All arrow sums are a single digit number.)
Quadruples: Digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the four adjoining cells. (All quadruples contain four digits, arranged in ascending order from top-left to bottom right.)
Maximum: Yellow shaded maximum cells are greater than each orthogonally adjacent cell.
Solution code: Row 9, left to right.

I have a suggestion for the naming of the rule, though: Somewhere else it is called "dense fog", which I like much more. Of couse you can do as you like.
