Anti King: Cells a king's move in chess apart cannot contain the same digit
Nonconsecutive: Orthogonally adjacent cells may not contain consecutive digits.
Friendly Cells: A light blue cell is considered friendly. A friendly cell contains a digit equal to the cell's row, column, or box when considered in normal reading order. All friendly cells are given.
