Nurikabe Sudoku

This puzzle was part of last year's OUCH! Series presented on CTC server. It was initially made as a gift to Udukos during CTC Secret Santa 2022.
Rules:
- Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Classic Nurikabe rules apply: Shade some cells so that all shaded cells form one orthogonally connected area. Circled clues cannot be shaded, and every orthogonally connected area of unshaded cells contains exactly one circled clue, the value of which represents the size of the area. No 2x2 region may be entirely shaded.
- Additionally: Every unshaded area must contain every digit from 1 to N, where N is the size of the area.
- Cells with arrow(s) are shaded.
- Cells with arrow(s) contain the total number of shaded cells visible in the direction of the arrow(s), including the cell itself. Unshaded cells block vision.

It uses so much more pencil puzzle techniques than Nurikabe, really great.
