Cells linked with a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all possible dots are given..

The word SUDOKU artistically written to entice naive folks like yours truly into thinking this is going to be very easy. Well not so easy. It is very nice and logical tho. High level of setting achievement by the author.
