Normal Sudoku rules: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and box.
Killer cages: Digits in a cage are unique and sum to the total at the top left of the cage.
Black Kropki dots: One cell is double the other on either side of a black dot.
White Kropki dots: Cells either side of a white dot differ by 1.
