what did i get myself into?

This puzzle is a follow up to a follow up to a puzzle i made in honor of a recent workshop on snackdokus from Scojo .
- Select eight digits out of the digits 0 to 9 and fill the grid with them so each digit appears exactly twice and no digit repeats in any row, column or region.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the number on its pill, read from left to right. Different arrows on the same pill are summed separately. Zero may be a leading digit in a two digit number.
