Yes, this puzzle has a logical solution path - but you might need a separate sheet of paper to keep track of the potential cage totals :-)
(Or very clever and diligent use of the Killer Calculator in Sudokupad)
The Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
• The sum of digits in cages separated by a white dot are consecutive
• The sum of digits in cages separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio
• Digits can not repeat within a cage

Nice! Not quite 5* in my opinion, although the beginning is a bit tricky. Reminds me a bit of one of my recent puzzles :) (000MFD)
