Loved the ending, how everything gets disambiguated.

Solve Time: 34:46

I rated this 2/5 difficulty.

Great puzzle! I really enjoy your XV-variant puzzles, and this was no exception.

I think the true difficulty of this puzzle is probably on the harder end of 2*, but I don't think it was difficult enough for a 3* rating. That being said, I found it difficult to figure out where to start coloring. I began coloring on one side of the grid, but found it hard to progress from there, so I had to roll back my initial coloring and started from a different part of the puzzle. This ended up taking several minutes, so my solve time was impacted by that. However, once I started my coloring from there, the rest went very smoothly and was reasonably approachable.

I thought the break-in was around a harder 2*-easy 3* difficulty - mainly because it was difficult to find a good starting point. The remainder of the puzzle was straightforward and in the easier-average 2* range.

The other tricky part for me was the final disambiguation once I had fully colored all the cells. The actual logic for the disambiguation was wonderful, but was hard for me to spot. I had completely forgotten about one of the rules, and coupled with the non-obvious disambiguation logic - it took me a minute or two to figure out how to finish the puzzle. This logic was definitely within 1-*2* territory, but it did trip me up slightly - contributing to my longer solve time.

Overall excellent puzzle, and thanks for sharing!

An easy colouring puzzle, with a sting in the tail to disambiguate everything. I really enjoyed that, thanks!

Given my solve time I’d probably say it was a 2. I do like puzzles where I can fill the grid in with letters before using that lovely little cage to disambiguate everything at the end. Very enjoyable puzzle though. Thanks NurglesGift

I think this still is 2* but just to be safe I gave it 3*. you decide :)
