Whow, this was quite an experience! I think this was the hardest sudoku (for me) that I ever solved. And it was really beautiful. I'm really curious what is the "right" solve path, because I was all over the place -- managed to kind of make it work, but it took a lot of futzing around. I'm guessing there's some hard-but-elegant way to do it, but I definitely took the non-elegant route :)
