Gerrymandering (3)

This puzzle was inspired by the YouTube-videoessay of Deckard (link).

Before solving this puzzle, I recommend getting familiar to this ruleset by playing my other puzzles with it.
Contrary to those, this puzzle doesn't allow 2x2-blocks of cells in any area.

Gerrymandering Rules

  • Draw edges so that there are a number of areas (=orthogonally connected cells) of equal size.
  • Every cell belongs to an area and no area contains a 2x2 of connected cells.
  • The blue cells must win the most number of areas (no tie with another colour!).
  • A colour is said to win an area, if no other colour has more cells in that area.
  • An area may not have two colours that share the highest number of cells in that area.

Beautiful beautiful!! Straight to my favorites list. Multiple very clever ways of restricting things, from the tricky break-in to the steady flow of connections that follow. I hope more people solve this!
