Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Arrow: The sum of the digits along an arrow is equal to the digit in the connected circle. Digits along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules.
Hidden Window 7: Digits may not repeat in any 3x3 area centered on a 7 (Or 2x3 if on an edge).

Super enjoyable. New to hidden windows and definitely looking for more now. While it's good to push a bit sometimes, I really love a puzzle like this that leverages its constraints well and makes you think, but doesn't make you beat your head against a wall.
