Tetroku 2
Rules:
- The grid contains exactly 4 types of Tetrominos: I,J,S and L
- Every 1 is a part of a blue I Tetromino
- Every 5 is a part of a red S Tetromino
- Every 7 is a part of a yellow L OR J Tetromino
- Each Tetromino contains at least one of it's defining digits
- You may rotate the Tetrominos, but not mirror them
- Tetrominos of the same color do not touch orthogonally
- No Tetromino is falling (I.E. every piece is either supported from below by another piece in at least one spot, or supported by the bottom of the grid itself)
- Cells with circles must not be a part of any Tetromino, and allow 1's, 5's, and 7's to be placed outside of their assigned Tetromino
- Each row (not column) completely full of Tetrominos must not have any adjacent consecutive digits
- Numbers in cages must not repeat and sum to the value in their top left corner (Killer Cages)
- Normal Sudoku rules apply

Great puzzle. Is there a Tetroku 1 somewhere?

I liked it very much. I would rate it (3-)4.

I loved this puzzle, even though I broke it more than once. Thanks!
I'd like to suggest a slight rewording of the rules: In line 2 say "Every 1 that's not in a circle is a part of a blue I Tetromino", and similarly for 5 and 7. Otherwise it's easy to forget the circle exception that's stated later. (At least I forgot it once or twice.)

altered some of the rules to be a bit more clear.
changed the consecutive row restriction to: Each row (not column) completely full of Tetrominos must not have any *adjacent* consecutive digits
and added a clarity rule:
Each Tetromino contains at least one of it's defining digits
Also updated the puzzle to have the given 571 colored from the start
