This showcases another new (as far as I'm aware) constraint idea from me. There are some interesting interactions here, so if anyone makes another puzzle with it, I'd be interested to see it.
Quotients: Each circle has two lines extending from it. Digits on each line form a single value when read from the circle outward. The digit in the circle must be the result of dividing one of these values by the other.
