Divide the map into connected districts, all with the same size. Flags must be in different districts.

A district is a "star district" if it has more stars than circles, and a "circle district" if it has more circles than stars. Your task is to ensure there are more star districts than circle districts!

Solution code: Cells in column 6 from top to bottom (S for star district; C for circle district)

grids with more colors (symbols in this case) are even more impressive. with 4 colors, you can win a 13x13 grid with just 16 cells (less than 10%) of your color.

A non-sudoku from you? Interesting.
Nice little puzzle, I like the concept and it's well executed.

Very cool puzzle! The result may seem unfair, but if the circles don't like the outcome they should simply vote to change it. Wait

I really loved the puzzle. It has a very similar basic idea as the Gerrymandering-puzzle by Deckard on YouTube.

Nice and easy „Chaos Construction“ - once you get the right idea. Thank you very much for creating and sharing.
