9-Center Regions
Fill each empty cell with numbers from 1 to 9 so that each row and column contains 1 to 9 exactly once.
Every 3*3 area centered at a 9 contains distinct digits (There may be 9/6/4 digits in that area).
Example: Cells in the same color contain distinct digits.
