All aboard for another global entropy puzzle!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Global entropy - every 2 x 2 box of cells must have at least 1 low digit (1,2,3), 1 middle digit (4,5,6), and 1 high digit (7,8,9).
- XV sums - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- Ratio Kropki dots - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a value ratio of 1:2. No negative constraint.
- Dutch Whispers - digits along a dark pink/salmon-colored Dutch Whisper line must differ in value from their neighbors on the line by at least 4.
- Palindrome - digits along a gray palindrome line must read the same backwards and forwards.

Global entropy is still young in my brain, but all the more fun to flex that muscle! And what better way to practice than with a beauty like this.
