Ninth Wheel

(Published on 18. March 2025, 05:00 by Freegerator)

This should be a light puzzle with a silly rule. Enjoy!

Normal Sudoku rules: Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column, and box

Black Dots: Digits separated by black dots are in a 1:2 ratio

White Dots: Digits separated by white dogs are consecutive

2-entropic line: Any set of five sequential cells along the purple 2-entropic line must contain exactly one digit from each of the sets 12, 34, 56, 78, and 9

Play on Sven's Sudokupad

I've done this puzzle twice back-to-back.

It's a much easier puzzle when you read the word "Any". :-)

Second time I did the puzzle in a quarter of the time the first attempt took. SMH

Good puzzle! Would be better if the color is not harmful to my eyes...

Light, but still fun to ponder, especially when trying to determine if the order of the number sets is what I think it is.

didn't think i would be colouring cells so late into the puzzle. Simon will love this even it only takes him 10 minutes to solve it. ;)
