Dutch Flat Mates (Product Ltd + Skyscrapers)

This puzzle used ruleset from my puzzle Companies, duality clues of Product Ltd and Skyscrapers.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Dutch Flat Mates: Every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Clues outside the grid are both Product Ltd and Skyscrapers.
Product Ltd: Clues outside the grid indicate how many times the product of digits in two adjacent cells in the respective row or column is bigger than 31.
Skyscrapers: Each digit represents the height of a building. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of buildings visible from the corresponding direction. A taller building will hide any shorter buildings behind it.

This one took a while. Nice addition to the series. Great puzzle with I think the minimal clues for the set of constraints.
